A while back I posted a clip of Claire's unusual crawl. At a little over 11 months she is (and has been) flirting with walking, but she has yet to really launch out on her own. My guess is that because her unorthodox crawl is so effective and so easily allows her to pull up to a standing position or just return to a sitting position, she feels no great need to do the walking adventure. The clip below shows our attempt to encourage her; however, she was so tired that she could hardly keep her eyes open and fell asleep in someone's arms about two minutes after we shot this. Enjoy!
