Well, once we got started, the wedding went smoothly and lasted only about 30 minutes. Pictures were taken, clean-up was done, and they all headed out to the reception. I finished putting some things back together for Sunday, and headed home to change clothes.
I got to the Antioch HS track for the Relay for Life about 6:30 and walked until about 8:00. What a wonderful and festive event. We had quite a number of church members involved, and next year we'll have more for sure. This is just the kind of event that we want and need to be part of. VJ and I survived the heat and made it home. Now it's time for a shower and bed. God bless!!
